With the intended investment into the company based in Lodz, Poland, Haworth adds another strong partner to Haworth Collection that will offer high quality acoustic pod solutions to customers and dealers. Mikomax continues to serve existing non-Haworth distribution as an open line brand.
Mikomax, a family-owned manufacturer of acoustic pod solutions, has become a significant player in the acoustics market. Their signature brand, “Hushoffice,” consists of 10 product lines and is currently present in 50 countries worldwide.

The acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter of 2022, subject to the satisfaction of regulatory authorities.
